Terms.

By installing an Anneal app on a Shopify store you control, or by using useanneal.com and any app subdomain, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're installing on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to bind that company. If you don't agree, don't install the app.

Anneal is a portfolio of focused Shopify apps. Each app does one specific thing, scoped on its App Store listing and inside the install consent screen. Features not documented are not part of the service. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Authentication runs through Shopify's app installation flow. You're responsible for keeping your Shopify admin access secure and for the actions taken by anyone you grant admin access to. There is no separate Anneal login.

Use Anneal apps for legitimate commerce on Shopify stores you own or are authorized to administer. Don't:

• Resell, sublicense, or relabel any Anneal app as your own product.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or load-test our infrastructure beyond ordinary use.
• Operate stores that violate Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
• Configure the app to route visitors to fraudulent storefronts or to evade sanctions.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

Each app is billed monthly through Shopify Billing at the price listed on its App Store listing. Uninstalling cancels future billing for that app, immediately and without proration. Cancelling one app does not affect the others.

Refunds for the current month are available within 7 days of the most recent charge. Email support@useanneal.com with your store domain to request one.

You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms or for non-payment. After termination, app configuration data is deleted following the retention window in our Privacy Policy.

The Anneal name, wordmark, app icons, designs, and source code are ours. You retain ownership of your store content, merchant data, and any text or configuration you enter into an Anneal app's dashboard.

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific business requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost profits, or lost data.

You agree to indemnify and hold Anneal harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the apps, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page; the "Last updated" date reflects when. Continued use after the change is acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
